Wiring Harnesses Australia makes every effort to review and respond to all orders and quote requests within 1-2 days. For any urgent orders, please contact us to make special arrangements.

Production times

Where ordered items are component parts held in stock, we usually ship within 1-3 days. Where ordered items are manufactured to order, assembled to order or special order items, we'll email you the anticipated lead time. We make every effort to maintain production lead times of 1-3 weeks, however this is subject to change.

Delivery methods — Australia

We ship to Australian addresses using a range of freight providers offering overnight and road services. You're also welcome to provide instructions to ship items through your own freight provider or account. We don't ship to PO boxes or lockers. When you place an order, we'll estimate shipping costs based on your selected items and chosen shipping options.

Pick up is available from our factory in Banyo, QLD during business hours. We're unable to leave orders for after-hours collection.

When placing your order, you're welcome to request that items are shipped as they become available, or consolidated into one shipment.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing freight tracking details and a delivery estimate from our freight provider.

International orders

We ship to international destinations. All international shipments are ex-works and are made available for collection by your nominated freight provider at our factory in Banyo, Queensland, Australia. We're not responsible for any costs associated with shipping, insurance, customs and duties, or import taxes to international addresses.
