How to Order
Order a Replacement or Custom Wiring Harness
Whether you need a direct OEM replacement, custom wiring harness, or parts and field kits, here’s what we need from you so we can quote quickly and help reduce downtime.
Choose your option -
Use this if you’re replacing an existing harness on a machine.
Do you have the OEM harness part number?
YES Add the part number and machine type to your quote request. We’ll check our records and send you a quote if we can make your harness from our existing information.
NO Go to Step 2 – there are other ways that we can still get you a quote.
Do you have a sample harness?
YES Let us know you have a sample with your quote request. Sometimes we need to inspect a sample before we can send you a quote, but we’ll let you know.
NO Go to Step 3 – drawings or schematics can still get you a quote.
Do you have drawings or schematics?
YES We’ll need complete drawings which include measurements, connectors, component part numbers and a circuit diagram. Add the files and any other information to your quote request. Our technical team will review and be in touch with a quote.
NO Go to Step 4 – we might be able to use your machine details to chase OEM information.
Can you give us your machine details?
We have a library of machine information on hand so please share as much as you can, for example:
- Make, Model and Serial Number of the machine
- OEM harness part number if you can find it
- Harness application or location (e.g. main engine harness)
If we can make your harness, we’ll send you a quote and set up a part number for future ordering. If not, we may need more information before we can quote and will let you know.
Ask us for a quoteUse this if you’ve designed your own wiring harness, upgrading a system or changing an original design .
Do you have a sample or drawing?
YES Upload your drawing or send the sample with your quote request. Send us as much information as you can about application, specifications and components. We’ll quote your custom harness and allocate a part number for reordering.
NO Go to the next step – we’ll help you design the harness you need.
Are you modifying an existing wiring harness?
YES Tell us about your existing wiring harnesses part number and modifications. We’ll check our records and send you a quote if we can make your design from our existing information.
NO Tell us about your project and we’ll see if we can help you design or upgrade your harness. The more detail you can share, the better we can support you.
Our team can work with you to design, prototype and document a custom harness. Once finalised, we keep the schematic on file so you can reorder with confidence and keep your machines running.

Do you have part numbers?
YES Add your part numbers to your quote request. We’ll check our records and send you a quote if we stock or can source your parts.
NO Go to Step 2 – we might be able to identify your parts from an image.
Do you have photos or images of your parts?
YES Add your photos to your quote request. We’ll see if we can identify your parts and send you a quote or get in touch if we need more details.
NO Please share as much information as you can that might help us identify your parts.
If we have your parts in stock, we can usually quote and ship them out to you quickly. If not, sometimes it can take a little longer to quote as we may need to contact overseas suppliers.
